Modules Description :

Bills :

The bills module helps you generate the bills for all flats at one shot. You also get an ability to edit an individual bill if needed. Once the bill is generated one copy is automatically displayed in the individual Flat owners account as pending. Once the owner pays the maintenance bill in either by cash or cheque the Admin can approve the same and the status of the bill changes to Paid automatically in the flat owners account displayed to the Admin too. Admin also has an option to view bills of all the flat owners at one tap.

Rules & Regulations :

Your society Admin can go ahead and add the .pdf file for Society rules and regulations or can upload the Bye-Laws to this section so that any member in the society trying to understand the rules and regulations gets complete in and out of the society rules.

Every society needs to work under certain terms and conditions in order to maintain a healthy environment in their surroundings. Rules can be decided by the committee members of the society to run all the happening smoothly. Here are some of the most Basic and common rules and regulations of a housing society.

Events :

Any memeber in the society can go ahead and create events like, Laxmi Puja, Satyanaryan Puja, Ganesh Chaturti, Navratri, Diwali with the specific date and time and the same will be seen by all the members in the society.

Cultural Activities are most important part of our social life. As we stay in a diverse culture it has been a practice in most of the Housing Societies to celebrate functions like Ganesh Chaturthi, Durga Pooja, Independence Day, Republic Day, Annual Pooja and family dinner etc. In order to meet the expenses most of Housing Societies are collecting either as Cultural Fund and or Festival fund as a part of regular monthly maintenance.

Emergency :

You just have to tap the desired emergency contact and it dials the number for you without having to dial in the number manually.

Contact us :

Using this section, a society member can have access to all the Committee members contact details. A member can directly tap on any of the Committee members contact and call directly. Admin, Chairman, Secretary & Treasurer have access to contact details to all the society members so that they can call any of the society member for official use.

This module comes very handy when a society memeber wants to contact the committie memeber or vise a versa. You can use this module to call the society members who has been defaulting maintenance bills since long.

Complaints :

​This section would be very handy when you want to register a complaint to your society commitie you have an ability to send an image with a heading and a detailed description of the complaint. Not only that, but it is set in such a way that untill and unless you change the status to Resolved the status remains as pending. You can change it to resolved once the society committie resolves your complaint.

The best way to keep a record of complaints and the status of each complaint, which helps to evaluate the work done by the existing comittie. Make the best out of this module by logging in the complaints and maintian it in a timely fashion.

Balance :

Check the status of financial activities :

* Make receipts and vouchers


Not only that, once the vouchers are made they go for an approval to the Chairman Secretary and Treasurer.

CCTV :

Documents :

​Here you can go ahead and upload the property related documents, like Maintenance bill receipt copy, Share certificates, etc.

Whenever a new member rents a flat that he/she can immediately move to, the society must have and store the rent or tenancy agreements with them. Whenever there is a sale of a property or transfer of ownership of a flat, the society must have the sale deed documents in place for their records. For a housing society management, it is important to have the listing of all units (flats) with built-up and super built-up areas and their intercom numbers. It is important to store verified details of the tenants and owners who are staying in the housing society.
